Making Masks

Hard at work making Olson Style Masks. Thus far our masks are being made of cotton fabric that was going to go into clown costumes. With the fabric stores closes getting new material has been hard. We ordered some from Walmart and waited a month before they cancelled the order. They have yet to give us a refund.

     You can see a clear jar full of long pink pieces. These are what we have to use when we run out of elastic. It would appear the United States had run out of elastic as well.I never thought it would be difficult to get simple sewing materials. 

     Well these black and blue masks are destined for a local nursing home. So at least progress is being made on the getting out masks front. Maybe we will get back to performing in hospitals eventually.
